Measurement data formats are automatically detected using a combination of pattern matching and proprietary format fingerprinting techniques. We continuously extend our format support to cover new instruments and analytical technologies.
1. Check with your sales representative if addition of new data formats is included in your license/sales agreement.
2. If included, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Name of Method
- Instrument Vendor
- Aquisition Sofware
- Screenshots (attach screenshots from acquisition software, plots, etc.)
- Example data: Attach or upload 5 example datasets matching the screenshots
- Data protection inquiry - can we use this data for product demonstrations: yes/no
3. We will check for completeness and will provide a time estimate. The implementation will be performed in phases. Files uploaded after the completion of the first phase are automatically reprocessed as new processing phases become available. This ensures that existing data continuously benefits from newly added capabilities without requiring manual re-upload.

Note: Support for additional file formats is continuously expanded. Once a format progresses to a higher phase, previously uploaded files of that format are automatically reprocessed to provide the newly available metadata extraction and visualization capabilities.
