How do I renew my license?

To renew your LOGS license, please follow these steps:

Contact your Sales Representative to purchase a license renewal.
Once the renewal has been processed, you will receive a new LOGS license file via email.
Transfer the license file to the LOGS server and save it in the following directory:

Linux: /opt/logs/licenses/
Windows: C:\ProgramData\LOGS Core Engine\licenses
Restart the LOGS service to apply the new license (instructions here). After the restart, log in to the LOGS web interface and navigate to About to verify that the new license has been activated and that the updated expiration date is displayed.

Note: Ensure that the license file is copied to the correct directory and that the LOGS service has been successfully restarted before verifying the license information in the user interface.
