Why do I see a “Not Found” page when opening a shared link?

If your browser displays a “Not Found” page, the shared content is no longer available. This usually means that the link has expired or the shared content has been deleted.

How to proceed:

  • Contact the user who created the shared link to confirm whether it is still valid.
  • If needed, reach out to your LOGS Global Administrator for further assistance.
