If referenced datasets, samples, or inventory items are not visible, the user most likely does not have permission to access those entities.
How to resolve this:
- Review the error message shown in the notebook. If access is restricted, a “permission denied” message will usually appear.
- The message includes the ID of the referenced entity.
- Use this ID to search for the item in the Datasets, Samples, or Inventory tables.
- Verify and adjust the user’s permissions for the specific entity if required.
Once the correct permissions are granted, the referenced content should become visible automatically.
