The Data Bridge log files are stored in the following locations at the instrument PC where the Data Bridge is installed.

On Windows

C:\Program Files\LOGS Autoload\logs\autoload_clientlog*.txt

On Linux

/opt/logs-autoload-client/logs/autoload_clientlog*.txt

These log files can be used for troubleshooting and support purposes.
